Churchwarden - Mr Terry Pincombe

This small and unpretentious country church comprising nave, chancel and tower with four bells dates from the 16th century and is built in Perpendicular style. Noteworthy in the interior are the font, 12th century and certainly from an earlier church, the bench ends, probably late 17th century, and in place of a screen two stands supporting mid-18th century coats of arms, one of which displays three creatures identified as badgers or bears. The monthly celebration of Evensong attracts congregations of up to twenty, filling the church.
