Little Dart Mission Community

The Little Dart Mission Community serves the communities of Burrington, Chawleigh, Cheldon, Chulmleigh, East Worlington, Eggesford, Meshaw, Thelbridge, Wembworthy, West Worlington and Witheridge with Creacombe and Romansleigh.

Situated in the heart of beautiful North Devon countryside between Exter and Barnstaple the Little Dart Mission Community is so named with its proximity to the valley of the Little Dart River. The parishes are essentially rural, with the thriving communities of Chulmleigh and Witheridge with Creacombe.  This group of churches stretches 14 miles from Creacombe in the east to Burrington in the west and is part of the South Molton Deanery within the Archdeaconry of Barnstable in the Diocese of Exeter.
